Arbitration Clause Design and Review — AI Skill

Arbitration Clause Design and Review is a public AI skill developed by Hafez Virjee for commercial arbitration clause design and review. The skill is designed to help users draft, review and stress-test arbitration clauses, including issues of seat, institution, rules, language, confidentiality, governing law, proportionality and issue-spotting.

It is the first known public, specialist-authored AI skill for commercial arbitration clause design and review. It is intended as a drafting and issue-spotting aid, not as legal advice.

The skill is available on Lawve, and the public package is maintained on GitHub.
